Liberia Law Services, PLLC is a US based Liberian firm established solely for the purpose of providing specialized legal services pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Liberia.

Why Liberian law? Liberia is a leader in open ship registry with one of the largest registries in the world. Liberia is also a corporate haven with a tax effective offshore corporate program. While the clients and users of the open ship registry and corporate program have availed themselves of these services for more than fifty years, getting independent legal services on Liberia law has been a major challenge for these clients and users. Through the Liberia Law Services, the Liberian legal system can now be easily accessed through a group of lawyers who were trained in both Liberia and the US.

All our attorneys are licensed to practice law before the courts of the Republic of Liberia and are all members of the Liberia's Supreme Court Bar. Our attorneys are law professors and practicing attorneys, pooling their expertise and experience for the benefit of our clients.

Our services are available not only to Liberian companies, Liberian registered vessels, their shareholders, partners, or owners; but also to persons doing business with, representing, or otherwise dealing with such entities, including non-Liberian attorneys, who have to address Liberian law issues.
